Since we introduced PrideAlive at MenAlive’s 25th Anniversary concert last month, the response has been incredible. We want to meet you in person, and Pride Month gives us three great opportunities to do exactly that. Come find us at these upcoming events:
Fullerton Pride Saturday, June 6, in downtown Fullerton
Mission Viejo Pride Saturday, June 13, at Saddleback College
Santa Ana Pride Saturday, June 27, in downtown Santa Ana
At each event, you’ll find members of the MenAlive and VoicesAlive team ready to talk about the chorus, answer questions about auditions and rehearsals, and welcome anyone curious about joining. Whether you’re a longtime singer or someone who hasn’t been in a chorus since school, we’d love to meet you.
PrideAlive is a full SATB chorus built on one simple idea: all voices, all orientations, all welcome. Community, belonging, joy, and celebration are at the center of everything we do, and Pride Month is the perfect season to bring that spirit out into the community itself.
Rehearsals begin Monday, August 10 at Church of the Foothills in Santa Ana, with our debut performance set for December 11 at MenAlive’s holiday concert. There’s still time to get involved before that first rehearsal.
